iBudget Waiver Services Provider
Services
T&T Serenity Care serves individuals enrolled in the Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) iBudget Waiver. Services are delivered as authorized in each resident’s approved support plan and service authorization.
Section 01
Waiver services in our home
Residential Habilitation
Supervision and support in an APD licensed group home, helping each resident build and keep the skills of daily living in a stable, caring household.

- Household, meal, and self help skills
- Social and community participation
- Support toward the goals in each support plan
Life Skills Development 1 (Companion)
Support for residents to take part in community life, such as outings, recreation, and everyday errands, as authorized in the resident’s support plan.

(4201) Residential Nursing
Nursing care in our licensed group home for a resident whose physician has prescribed Residential Nursing and whose approved support plan and service authorization include it.
- Nursing care in the residential setting
- Follows the physician prescription and the support plan
- Available only when the iBudget Waiver authorizes it
Available services depend on each individual’s iBudget authorization. Please contact us to confirm which services are available for a specific placement.

How placement works

- We invite you to visit the home, meet our nurses, and ask questions.

- We work with the Waiver Support Coordinator on the support plan and service authorization.
- 04 Move In
- We plan a welcoming transition built around the new resident’s routines and preferences.
